Contract of agricultural risks insurance will permit your enterprise:

• to compensate financial loss because of occurrence of force-majeure and to increase ability of credit proceeds obtaining;
• to reduce the risks of non-fulfillment of liabilities before the contractor in case of occurrence of force-majeure;
• to receive compensation amounting 50% of the sum of insurance fees paid from the state budget according to the law of Ukraine № 18877-IV "On the state support of agriculture in Ukraine" dated 24 June 2004.

Insurance objects:

• crops and harvest of all types of agricultural crop and permanent plants including the protected soil crops (vegetable, flowers etc.), plantations of trees and plants;
• gardens, vineyards, berry fields of any age;
• agricultural animals and poultry;
• buildings, structures, agricultural machinery (tractors, combines etc.);
• remanent;
• objects of uncompleted major construction, transmitting devices, power, working and other machinery, equipment, including spray lines, transport facilities, fishing and other ships, fishing devices, agricultural implements, products, raw materials, goods at warehouses and other liquid assets.

Insurance contract provides compensation of financial loss arising as a result of:

• destruction or damage of harvest, agricultural crops because of winterkill, hail, heavy shower, hurricane, flood, fire, as well as permanent plants against these events, excluding winterkill;
• destruction or damage of agricultural crops grown up in the protected soil because of hail, storm, hurricane, fire if these events have damaged the insured structure;
• complete destruction (dying off of undersurface and surface parts of all or individual trees, bushes, fruit and berry plants cultivated in gardens (fields, plantations) and vineyards because of hard frost, flood, storm, hurricane, earthquake, fire);
• death or forced slaughter of cattle because of fire, explosion, current action, sunstroke or thermal shock, freezing, drowning, falling into gorge, running down by transport facility, other unforeseen injuries, attack of wild animals or stray dogs;
• death, forced slaughter or extirpation of animals because of infections or abnormal labor;
• theft of animals, death or forced slaughter because of unlawful acts of the third persons;
• destruction or damage of buildings, structures, tractors and combines of all modifications, power machinery and equipment (sprinklers), raw materials, products, goods at warehouses, and other property because of accidents (motor cars, tractors, combines etc.), fire, explosion, natural disaster, namely: flood, high water, earthquake, storm, hurricane, tornado, heavy shower, hail, landslide, landslip, flash because of breakage of communication networks;
• destruction or damage of property because of burglary or attempt of vehicle driving away, and other unlawful acts of the third persons.

Insurance value shall be determined depending on the insurance object and take into account:

• actual or planned costs for sowing and growing of crops;
• average crop capacity and crop sowing area;
• animal species, age group and cost;
