Actions in case of accident |

In case of accident you shall:
- inform about the insurance accident IC "ALFA-GARANT" by the telephone of 24-hour service centre 0 800 501-71-00, tell your name and number of your insurance policy;
- submit to IC "ALFA-GARANT" an application about occurrence of the insurance accident.
- visit a medical establishment;
- obtain a certificate of the medical establishment with a diagnosis certified by signature and seal of the authorized person;
- obtain original medical disability letter from the medical establishment where you received treatment;
- submit to IC "ALFA-GARANT" original or notarized copies of the documents.
