In case of accident you shall: 

• inform about the insurance accident IC "ALFA-GARANT" by the telephone of 24-hour service centre 0 800 501-71-00,  tell your name and number of your insurance policy;
• submit to IC "ALFA-GARANT" an application about occurrence of the insurance accident.
• visit a medical establishment;
• obtain a certificate of the medical establishment with a diagnosis certified by signature and seal of the authorized person;
• obtain original medical disability letter from the medical establishment where you received treatment;
• submit to IC "ALFA-GARANT" original or notarized copies of the documents.
