Insurance company "ALFA-GARANT" provides insurance of property of enterprises and organizations of any ownership form and physical persons against destruction or damage as a result of:

• fire, gas explosion;
• lightning stroke, natural disasters;
• flood or water intrusion from adjacent premises;
• damage of heating, plumbing, fire-control and sewage systems, networks and equipment;
• unlawful or intended acts of the third persons (damage, breaking of window glass, mirrors, glass cases, thefts, robbery, and destruction, property damage caused by these acts or attempts).

Insurance objects:

• buildings, structures and premises of production and non-production purposes
• furniture;
• processing and electronic equipment;
• raw materials and materials, finished products and other property owed by enterprises or obtained under contracts of engagement, tenancy, hire, leasing, acceptance for re-processing, repair, transportation, for commission, storage or mortgage.

Both the whole property or its part may be insured.

Insurance contract may be concluded for the period of 1 month to 1 year with a perspective of further prolongation.

Sum insured may be determined as a whole or partial balance value or as a declared (assessed) value of the insured property within its actual value for the moment of insurance contract conclusion.

Insurance rate in case of conclusion of the insurance contract for the period of 1 year is:

• in case of property insurance against all risks - from 0,35% of the sum insured;
• in case of property insurance against specific risks:

                  - "fire" risk - 0, 15-0,2% of the sum insured;

                  - "unlawful acts of the third persons" - 0, 12-0,15% of the sum insured.

Insurance conditions provide franchise - a part of the damage, which is not covered by the insurance company.
